How do we connect once a ticket is purchased? Do we receive a link to log into?
The day before the show, ticket holders will receive a link live show, with instructions.
Are these events appropriate for all students?
Yes! however they are designed for children ages 5 to 13. Older youth can attend, keeping this in mind. Any child or youth can send in a video question for a guests to answer.
How do we know that we’ll be able to stream this event?
The 2026 show is ‘on demand,’ similar to movie streaming, so you can set up technical equipment and solve issues at your leisure.
What if I didn’t receive any emails or links?
Emails are from [email protected] or [email protected] so please: 1) check your deleted or junk folders; 2) make this email address a “safe sender” or “never block sender’s domain”
Can each school classroom join for a time that works for them?
Tickets are valid for your entire school, and each classroom can watch when they prefer.
Do we get a recording of the event afterward?
We’re sorry, no, content is protected by copyright of the WITS Foundation. Because recordings can be modified, recording is prohibited to protect our brand and future events.
We would like to join but cant afford the fee. Can you help?
Subsidies are available for very small schools and for Indigenous schools as part of our commitment to reconciliation. Otherwise, please ask your school board/district or your Parent Advisory Committee to help with the cost.
